Refund Policy

Monthly plans: FalcoAlgo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly strategy subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial monthly plan, email support@falcoalgo.com within that window to request a full refund. Good-faith requests are honored without question, subject to the limited exceptions in Section 6.
Annual plans are non-refundable. Annual billing is discounted 25% in exchange for a year-long commitment. Annual purchases are final sale.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Plans Only)
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your FalcoAlgo strategy subscription for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial monthly purchase, we will refund that payment in full.
This guarantee applies to monthly subscriptions only. Annual subscriptions are not covered by this guarantee — see Section 2 below. The guarantee covers the initial monthly payment only and does not apply to monthly renewal charges (see Section 3) or to any subsequent monthly subscription started after a prior monthly subscription has been cancelled or refunded.
Refunds are not processed automatically. To receive a refund, you must submit a request by email as described below. Cancelling your subscription alone does not trigger a refund.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email support@falcoalgo.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address used for your purchase
- Your request must be received within 30 days of your original monthly purchase date
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
2. Annual Plans — Non-Refundable
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. When you purchase an annual plan, you receive a 25% discount off the monthly rate in exchange for a full-year commitment. By selecting annual billing, you acknowledge that the payment is final and no refund will be issued.
You may cancel an annual subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Your access continues through the end of the annual period you paid for. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the annual term.
3. Subscription Renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a monthly subscription, not to any renewal charges on any plan type.
If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us at support@falcoalgo.com.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your Stripe customer portal (link provided in your welcome email)
- By emailing support@falcoalgo.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the strategy files until your subscription period ends. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Digital Product Policy
Our strategies are digital software products (NinjaScript files). By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that access to the software is granted immediately upon payment. The 30-day guarantee is our voluntary policy for monthly subscribers — it is not required by law for digital products, but we offer it as a commitment to customer satisfaction on monthly plans.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and refunding)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Annual plan purchases (non-refundable as stated above)
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee window has expired (monthly plans)
Refund requests for monthly renewal charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to refund renewal charges but may do so at our discretion.
7. Trading Losses Not Refundable
Refunds under this policy are limited to the subscription fee paid to FalcoAlgo. We do not compensate for any trading losses incurred while using our software. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and all trading decisions and their financial consequences are your sole responsibility.
